I grew up in North Carolina as an only child (read: lonely). After an unremarkable childhood I went to Appalachian State University where I studied Physics, Astronomy, and other people. Shortly after graduating in 2006 I moved to Portland Ore. for no particular reason. Ever since I have been working as a consultant and living it up on the internet. I enjoy a large number of hobbies from working on advanced amateur rockets to blogging and designing websites. I love meeting new people and try to attend as many tech events as I can. If you live in the Portland come hang out and look for me.
